Does anyone know what the Turkish name is for a liver dish i have had it was on a meze type menu think it was lambs liver with saute potatoes and parsley with oil over it ,absolutely brilliant it was.

I have a recipe for fried liver in my Turkish cook book called "ARNAVUT CIGERI"
you coat walnut size pieces of liver in red pepper then in flour and then deep fry for one minute ,serve with chopped parsley enjoy!
