Wow this recipe looks easy and I bet it is lovely I am going to try it and will let you know how I get on. Thanks for the recipe I am always keen to try tasty but easy recipies.

Heather, it is both those things, so it suits me down to the ground.  Someone gave me the recipe at a Tupperware party way back in the '80's and I have baked it a lot.
