Interesting in that both accounts can't be true  ;)

For starters, it was either "well staffed with the slides being watched very closely" (you) or "there was inadequate supervision at the slides so children were going down before the last person had cleared" (quelchy). On the same day...

That's very true. What I saw was:

6 slides opened max at any one time, with 3 staff watching them at the top and 2 at the bottom. Lots of whistle blowing when people stepped out of line.

I did see a couple of kids chancing their arm when staff back was turned and going down quickly together but would hardly put this down to staff supervision.

I can only go on what I observed and from my pov it was to the same standard, if not better, than those similar parks/pools in the UK

Are both posters talking about the same water park though.
Ovacik through to Olu Deniz covers a big area.Iv'e  mentioned
one other and I think there are more.  Just a thought.

I am guessing so as the other poster mentioned it was 'New' and it had a 'Lazy River'

This is the one I went to

I went today and agree with Steve's comments however I thought the following in addition, the steps to get out of the pools you slide into are too high and im over 6 ft. Making it difficult to get out for smaller people. The pool with the wave machine is far too slippery as it is a gradual slope to get in and you can very easily slip over.
The lazy river is only on at certain times. It is just a 5 ft wide moat. Knee deep when switched off. I went in it and flipped backward and nearly knocked mysalf out, i have a lump on the back of my head the size of half an orange.
Would i go back? Yes i would. It was a good way to spend a tenner. (Bar the lump).
