Hi Fran sorry about your brother that was very young...my father died of a heart attack and high cholesterol also runs in my family...I think I will consult my gp as the news article yester said memory loss is one of the side effects and mine is just appalling along with joint pains which I also suffer from..

I had joint pains with statins went to the doctor and he changed the statins I was on and no more problems
