The food is very good..but check your change at Serkul restaurants in Calis Beach....I was given a load of old, dead coins by them, as change, recently...not very nice! :P

No, in Serkul 2. I just presumed they were run by the same people, as I've seen waiters carry food from one side to the other...

Ah, but have you seen them carrying old coins from one to another?

Didn't even think they'd have any, let alone slip them to a customer :-/ They are like hot coals, passing stealthily from hand to unsuspecting hand. In a way I can't blame the person who slipped them to me, as the same probably happened to him, but it leaves a nasty taste in the mouth, and not from the food. If the banks could hold an amnesty, letting us replace any old coins with the new, the problem would soon fizzle out :-)

I do not know of any way passing on dead coins can be justified. You pay your bill with legal tender then you should get whatever change is due in legal tender.Because someone did it to you is not a defence to allow you to do it to someone else.

So true, Ovacikpeedoff, there's no excuse for passing them on, if you get "done". Mine ended up in the bin, as did any plans to visit Serkul 2 ever again.
