I have a garanti bank account paying interest every 35 days.
Last month the interest was paid after 45 days without explanation.
I phoned garanti from the uk and they said the system had changed for that month only.
They said it would revert back to 35 days this month but when i rang them today they couldnt tell me when the next payment date would be.
Has anybody else had problems with this?
