teb bank
« on: May 28, 2016, 17:30:41 PM »
Sorry if this is the wrong section, but had a phone call in the UK last night from teb bank asking me to confirm my uk address by e-mail at the latest by monday, does anyone know if this is normal practice, just a bit wary of providing this info by e-mail.
Thanks in advance Ian

I have TEB bank and I have not been contacted.
Can you wait until Monday and contact the bank to confirm first.

I'd be a bit wary, we banked with TEB for 7 years while living in Fethiye and they NEVER e-mailed us unless we had e-mailed them a query first.
