Title: Whats happenened to the Weather ?

Unlike last year.... this Spring this year  has  failed to deliver in Hisaronu and immediate area   >:(     January was `nice` February was  almost `tropical every day... March and April disappointing .... a mixed bag  and patchy.. May starting very unsettled and predictions are this unsettled spell likely to continue well into May   :-(      I feel sorry for the one week visitors here as normally May can deliver  ideal conditions, but looks like not this year   :(

Weather Forecasts can only be for 7 days so how can you say that the forecast goes well into May?  Don't panic, just breath and relax, things will be fine.  ;)

I have been promised that on the 29th May the sun will shine and carry on shining for the whole summer, with a slight breeze in the evening to cool things down, and a few overnight showers to freshen things up a bit!!  (I hope!!)  ;)

Hope it shines before then Echogirl we are in Ovacik from 21st I thought that what I paid for the flights I had bought the sun.

Thought that the weather could only be forecast for 7 days.   ??? :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

Not very often they get it right from one day to the next ,let alone 7 days. : :)

I have never known such bad spring / early summer weather here in the Fethiye area in the 14 years of visiting.
February here was lovely but by turkish standards... March and April were disappointing .... May was a let down and June has started terrible with more bad weather to come :-( Some local turk even said it might continue like this for most of the year :-( We come here for 7 months a year.. but we feel for those here for just a week or so... saved up all year and they get this awful weather :-(
