Has anyone been unable to access Finans Bank on internet banking? I can log on but when I try to access my account it puts a box up with a warning. "you cannot access your account for security reasons"

Just logged into my account without any problems ,so seems ok.

I had the same problem about a year ago, phoned their helpline and it was fixed within minutes, never did find out the reason for the loss of access.

Sorted now thank you. It was all to do with internet explorer not functioning properly.

I didn't realise that you had to make an appointment the other customers don't, your discussing your finances and someone a total stranger comes and sits down right next to you, whilst doing so looking at the vdu and any other paper work left on the desk

Mind you that's Finasbank for you
