we have had our military clearance through for the tapu.we have been asked to sign the power of attorney in front of a :notery: and send it back.Is this a registered solicitor or can you use a doctor to do this.Also we have to send it to the London commonwealth office for an apostille stamp.What is this and where do i send it to?Thanks

Ask at your solicitors for a notary solicitor or someone that will do this service. It is quite normal for a practice of solictors to do. They will send the paperwork to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in London for the Apostile stamp. You don't need to worry about that part.
