Water Bill payment from Finans

Is anyone in Calis who banks with Finans Bank yet able to pay their water bill automatically (standing order/direct debit/bill payment)? I have emailed Finans and am awaiting a reply so will update the thread when I get a reply from them.

Yes - both electric and water - need to take used/old electric and water bills in to them

Thank you very much for the quick reply.  I will take my bill into the bank when next over in Calis. Actually i might try logging onto my account to see if i can set the payment up online.
