I have never had a bank card with Garanti only using pass books but today I received a card. I have no idea how to go about getting a pin number though. Anyone know?

Hi, If you go into bank and use their telephone (usually downstairs nr the door) pick up the receiver and press 9 for english you will be given  a few options. (you need you a/c number)
You can then input your own Pin No or press for help !!!!
hope this is useful  :)C

From the UK you can ring Garanti Alo (Customer services)
0900 212 4440 333 then 9 for English. You will need your a/c number and possibly some security info.

Hi Ken,

I need to contact Alo Garanti and I have fogotten my pin and its not letting me in as I need it resetting, the number you have given above is unobtainable!...the number I had was 0090 212 4440333 which rings then cuts off and I have rung it lots of times.

Can anyone tell me what the correct number is...I have aklso been told it is just 90 4440333?, but that does niot work either.....any help would be really appreciated.

I have rung it previously and I pressed 9 for english then 2 for pin but it was a long time and I cant remember what prefix I used to the 4440333????.....help

Thanks
June

June if you are ringing from the the UK it is definitely the number I quoted which is the same as the one you had. There may be a tenporary glitch but I would persevere on that number.
p.s. You can use 0090 or +90 as the Turkey prefix.

Ken is it not 0090 at the beginning not 0900 as you alluded to in your last post?

Chinook, yes it is 090 or 0090 but makes no difference as at the moment its definately not working, so annoying when you are in the UK and want the pin sorting, I have rung it once before and it was brill and new pin in minutes....
