Went to the Bank today and there was a huge queue, so took a wander around the shops and decided to go back to the bank later.
Clinton Cards had a offer on Greetings Cards, any three for £1.00.  This offer was not on all cards, but on selected cards all placed in the same side of the shop.  The cards had been expensive ones with music, lights etc.,  I bought six at £2.00 the assistant gave me my receipt and told me I had saved £32.00 on the original price.  She said the staff had all been buying these cards too, and it was the best bargain she had seen.  :o 8) ;D
So, glad there had been a queue at the Bank.   ;)

I'm sure your family and friends are really going to appreciate the 33p cards you send 'em.  ;)

Don't worry KKOB, it's the thought that counts and the present that goes with the card...Don't think my male friends/family would appreciate knickers though....

Yep, the thought that says - I don't think enough of you to pay more than 33p on a card for you, lol  8)

but Jacquies family won't know she bought them in the sales will they, they'll see Clintons name on the back of the card and be impressed. Much better than a card from Asda any day. Quality speaks for itself!

My friends and family know by now I love a bargain and I would actually get a kick telling them I got bargains with their cards.  These are really nice cards every one either lights up or plays music.  I could have gone to a supermarket and bought a 30p card, but getting the Clintons good quality cards at sale prices has made my day. ;D
I will be putting the cards with the Designer presents I buy for my friends and family... well that will balance things up nicely. :P :-*
It's strange how men don't understand bargains like us women do... and I also think they would not say no if they have the aptitude/ability to be able to shop.   ;)
Also strange why people cannot take tips about shopping without making personal comments and judgements  :(
