What can I do with it ?

I have to come up with a use for this place by a week tomorrow.

I should tell you that the inside is in very poor condition and probably requires gutting.

Any suggestions, serious, or otherwise if you must, would be very welcome.

I suppose it could be turned into a retreat for CBFer's suffering from withdrawal symptoms after returning home.

PS Any serious offers for buying it WOULD be considered. Honestly.

Any reasonable offer considered. Set amongst mature trees and comes with about 1/2 acre Tink and that's about it. No ghost as far as I know.

Tink, I can't remember if I confided in you during the summer but, Hermione has flown the family nest and is now living with her lesbian friends in Belgravia and Rupert, a spiffing fellow, has gone down to Oxford before he takes up his commission at Sandhurst.

So the present Mrs Stephen and I are finding the place just a tad on the large side now. Well to be perfectly honest my dear chap, that's not the real reason.

As you may know, there is a recession on here in the UK and I'm afraid the fish finger business is not immune to it's affects. Times are hard. Over this last while we have had to let all of the staff go. Jim the gardener hung up his spade a fortnight ago,  Mrs Bridges cooked her last home made haggis only last next and things have got so bad that I fear that Giles, my faithful manservant, will have to go this week.

Be a good chap and don't spend so much time in the sun, I'm beginning to think that it is affecting your reasoning ;)

Price range: Sorry - I honestly don't know but I will try and find out from the Client. He is selling large 3 bedroom detached houses for £ 160k if that's any guide.
