It seems to me they get get their bonus whether they perform or not, its time to stop listening to their scare tactics
and let the greedy buggers go.

Errm, did I say it was in the papers? It was stated in a finiancial discussion on the T.V.  As I recall in one of our Scottish T.V. programmes.  The Scots don't make mistakes about money matters:P

well in the sunday times today says 1000 rsb investment bankers leaving them and joining rival banks for guarenteed cash bonuses and pay rises.

ah.....now on this point I agree, I have a similar feeling about premiership footballers. But.....this years bonus is contractual. To change this, the whole industry has to change otherwise the lowest payers will attract the lowest quality

I am referring, of course, to the quote facility.  Seems just like the Banks, you still cannot get it right  :)

I have had quite a few clients moving from RBS to Barclays, a big shuffle is on the cards for the start of the new year!  :o
