Got talking about Xmas presents the other day,and for some strange reason when I told my little Princess that I was thinking about buying her a Dewalt 24v rechargeable battery drill,she went into one.
We compromised on a new laptop for her.
So the question is this,I believe you can claim vat back on certain goods at the airport when flying back to Turkey.
Has anybody experienced this?,I believe you have to sign a form declaring you live abroad.

yes, you can.  there should be a VAT/Tax desk once you go through security.  If you have the receipt with you it should be refunded
