I certainly don't trust myself to express my views on this without swearing because it makes me so angry:(:(:(.

I don't even need to click the link to know which story you refer to. My view, give people who are genuinely at risk in their own country a chance to build a life in ours. Break the law, chance over, one way ticket back. Any opposing views?

No opposition from me...Just that I would deny him of ALL his human rights if this was my daughter (Just tell me where he lives)!!  It's a travisty, Section 8 of the human rights act is "...the right to respect for private and family life"

Using this maybe we should release EVERY prisoner as we keep them from their family??

What about the poor childs right to family life??

It makes me SOOOOOOO Angry!!![:(!][:(!][:(!]

Its disgusting, was about to say could not believe my eyes when I read the story yesterday but I can believe it! The girls poor father, and rest of the family, its awful. He gets a life of luxury over here while we pay for it, how wrong is that!

Some cases of this type are difficult to determine but I have no doubt about this particular case. The judges may have interpreted the law according to its wording but surely it was never intended to produce this kind of result. It is perverse.
