Taking Gill to Sunderland tomorrow to see Take That - cost me a fortune with an overnight stay - never seen them so fingers crossed!

But the really good news I only found out this week is that the support group is The Pet Shop Boys - my favourite group - seen them 4 times :D

Ian

Ps I actually like Take That but don't like RW
Pps Can't go next week in Manchester as we will be in Fethiye :D :D

Wow, Take That & Pet Shop Boys!
Very jealous, sure it will be amazing.
As for RW, I saw him at Knebworth, one of the most amazing performances and just the best day ever.

I haven't bought ticket to see Take That this time coz I saw them last year on their "Circus" Tour and nothing will match that show.
It was truly amazing, spectacular and soooooooooo professional. they couldn't possibly improve on that performance.
:D

Ian
The Pet Shop Boys can put on an amzing show IF the organiers let them,in my opinion, worth going to see them alone.
Such a shame Take That let RW back, big headed over rated upstart, just my thoughts of course. Enjoy.

Saw RW in the Millennium stadium in Cardiff and it was the best live show I have ever seen. He's a real entertainer and the 72,000 people there did not sit down from start to finish.
I would love to see Take That live perhaps we can persuade them to do a gig in Istanbul...lol

I am, admittedly and unashamedly a big Robbie fan but I can also be objective. I dragged my other half along to see Robbie no less than 3 times and he was very quickly converted, likening him to Freddie Mercury performance wise ....
RW may not be the best singer around but he is most definately the best performer! Having seen him live 3 times, I agree with Kaya that his Knebworth performance was truly awesome. There aren't many artists who can work a crowd that size! Rob always gets bad press but even the press had to admit that the Live 8 concert was nothing until Rob came on stage - he literally bought it to life ...
Yes he is egotistical and has a lot of demons but a lot of people who don't look beyond the surface just don't 'get him' ...
Now he's got a Turkish wife I'm hoping that he will do a concert in Turkey. how fabulous would that be!
I'm very jealous of anyone who's got a ticket for the Progress tour, which I'm sure will be amazing ....
