So, accepting that as the benchmark, and if you do not mind others know your financial affairs, does that make you an "extravagant philanthropist" or a "tightfisted git"  .

I have all I need, the only thing that I spent on this year is a new tree, I must have a Christmas Tree!! we have a quiet Christmas just the 2 of us and let the family argue it out in their own homes, visit them during the week when they have all moaned out!  Gordon can't believe his luck that I am so cheap!!!  
 Mind there was one year when I wanted a Red sports Car with a Black soft top and he dare not have forgot.!!


So that must put me in the "tight fist git" category.
