Looks like these two men had the guts to do what our courts can't do.

I'd give them 5 years off their sentence for this. What do you think?

I'm not entirely convinced that encouraging criminals to commit murder is the best idea I've come across this week.

Would you really?
These men were in an A category prison . Thus, they have obviously been sentenced for a more serious crime than say, common assault. Whilst maybe not for torturing and killing an innocent child, they have been locked away to keep the public safe.
Whether or not you agree with the sentence that Anwar received do you really want our justice doled out by other thugs?
Vigilanteism can be extremely dangerous.

I agree with Anne and Colwyn that letting dangerous criminals out early for committing further crimes, or suggesting they murder other prisoners are probably not great ideas.

But turning a blind eye to attacks on child killers wouldn't lose me any sleep. If that offends anyone, I'm not in any way sorry.

I would also turn a blind eye but don't agree with letting them out early.  Maybe I should have said that in my earlier post.
Better still hang 'em by the short and curlies and save us all a fortune in tax once proven guilty

Sad that people think that it is OK for a cowardly attack - it took two of 'em - can be carried out by some prisoner scum, you know the sort of person you'd cross the street to avoid, in fact someone that you'd almost certainly demand should be locked up and the key thrown away.  It's not justice, nor will it do anything to redress the sad loss of such a young life that suffered so much.  I'd like to know what the Prison Authorities were doing at this time, because I believe that people are sent to prison as punishment not for punishment, and certainly not at the hands of criminals who think they have the right to mete out so called justice on my or society's behalf .... and I certainly won't lose any sleep if people don't agree with this civilised perspective on justice, crime and punishment.
