Weekend in Munich
« on: April 10, 2013, 13:34:10 PM »
I was sooooo impressed with the city. The buildings are magnificent and the place was ever so noticeably clean. Our hotel was out near the Olympic Stadium where the concert we were going to was being held, and it was a beautiful hotel. Check it out
http://www.leonardo-hotels.com/germany-hotels/munich-hotels/leonardo-royal-hotel-munich. I would definately return to this hotel. I can honestly say, the staff were the nicest of people, so courteous. U bhan right beside the hotel too for the city centre.
I loved the food and beers, of which we sampled plenty lol, and would love to go to the Oktoberfest. Not sure my liver would survive though.
  :)
PS Concert was amazing. I've never been so close and up personal to an act as I was here. I even got to touch him!!!!!
