2 weeks ago i recieved the air tickets for our flight in june and noticed our friends intials were wrong i rang up and was told that we would recieve replacements in the post.7 days later after no sign of them i rang again, and was told that they did not know anything about it and we would have to go to the j,m,c,at the airport desk and get new one`s printed .i am disgusted at the way these booking companies treat you once they have had your money:-\
