Well here is something really boring.

How often do members look through old photos and suddenly realise that the have been wearing the same old things for years. Or is it just me.

In fairness it is absolutely unknown to the rest of us what the time between the two photographs is.

Mrs Scunner always told me that there is no point in buying cheap clothes. In recent times I realised that all my favourite T shirts etc, the ones that have also been with me the longest, cost the most. The point being that the most expensive clothes will end up being the cheapest.

It only took me 20 years to get it

Men hang for dear life to their clothes.. They always have a good reason for not parting with an item they have.. That's why the charity shops are short of mens clothes...

It is very difficult to gauge, but I would say there is about two and a half stone between the two photographs

My dad- bless him had a holiday 'ensemble' that he bought in Italy in the late 50's which remained as part of his holiday wardrobe 40 years later and still fitted him!

I am really a green believer and so re-cycle my clothes all the time.  This is a good excuse to buy new clothes  I look back at photographs and don't remember items I wore a few years ago.
In fact, just off today to do some valuing for the C.R Shop and taking a bag of clothes with me.
