Excellent news indeed, Colwyn.

High Factor suncream, sensible sun exposure times and then covering up will ensure we all stay brown, happy and healthy.

Great news Colwyn.

I always thought it would be diagnosed as a chip on yer shoulder anyway  ;)

Glad to hear you're in the clear Colwyn.  Your recent "carbuncle of old age" diagnosis reminds me that last time I had a squamous cell cancer removed from my bald patch, I asked the surgeon to examine a flaky patch on my back.  He poked and prodded and finally announced with a smile that it was known in the medical profession as a "senile wart!"  Nothing to be concerned about he said but it didn't half make me feel like an antique!  Enjoy your holiday..........I'm looking forward to my Calis visit in a few weeks.

Yes, "senile wart" is an alternative common term for the same condition. I decided I'd prefer to be an elderly carbuncle than a senile wart.
