At the moment Kulele is a building site. Just walked past there this morning. I would think at least another fortnight before its up and running. It has new cafe buildings, new kosks, new entrance walls , new garden and beach and a new road system too.

Is this near Majesty hotel Yankilar Koyou. Our friends are coming tomorrow and thought it was close to Fethiye. Is there a dolmus?

The Yaniklar Dolmus goes along the Gunlukbasi Road, not through Calis.Takes about 25 minutes.

We had friends staying at the Majesty Tuana in Yaniklar.  The only dolmus outside the gates only goes to Fethiye as said and does not come through Calis.
We drove out to pick them up.  Once in Yaniklar you have to drive down a very long country road to get to the resort.  It is quite isolated.  Out friends did a deal with our local taxi driver to go out and pick them up and bring them over to Calis and take them back.

We walked around the headland last week. All of the bay's are building loads of kösks, in typical style ones got loads so they're all having loads.
No way they will ever fill them all. It's just crazy.
Guessing they will all out up their entrance fees to pay for it all.
None of the beaches looked up and running or ready.

We went to Kulele Koy today. They are still finishing off the work but it is open. It has been completely altered . There are no kosks right on the sea front but dozens surrounding the brand new restaurant. There are proper walk ways to and from the beach, plenty of lawned areas and at least 6 changing rooms and showers. There are kiosks selling swimming attire and water games and there are two large bbq areas with open air bars. The whole place now resembles an upmarket hotel garden area.. We were able to take our own mattresses and food in without complaint and there is an area at the far end of the beach ,not covered in sun loungers, that is perfect to put your own gear on.. The charge for 3 of us and car 15 Lira.

We popped in today as well at the start of our walk back to Fethiye.
Not quite finished but what a transformation !!!! Very impressed.
Sunbeds 7.5 umbrellas 5 and no charge to enter for pedestrians.
Fabulous venue, they deserve to do well.
I assume you buy your meat from the restaurant to cook on the many bbqs ?

Get the dolmus from Hisaronou to Fethiye and you can either get off at Erasta shopping centre or stay on till the mosque terminus. Then get the orange Tasyaka dolmus with RED kulele sign (every 5th? Dolmus) to kulele (4TL)
