Our Mazda is nearing its 6 month get out date at end of Oct and we are interested to know if anyone else has left their car in Dalaman Customs rather than taking it out of the country.
If anyone has dumped their car there can they let us know the procedures and costs.
If anyone fancies taking it off us at end of Oct to drive out of the country then let me know. We would have to accompany it to the exit port as it's on my passport but after that its over to you. It's a 98 Mazda 323 Ex and its a fast little motor to drive but I do not know what the UK customs regs are as it has been permanently exported via the DVLA. It got us here with no problems and has served us well on the Turkish roads.
