We have decided it is that time to take the big step.
During our recent holiday in September we viewed quite a few properties just to get a feel of the market,we even found several we really liked but decided to hold on til we sold our own house in England before commiting to another property.
we found it is a buyers market out there and many builders/vendors quite desperate to sell their properties so thought best plan of action was to come back with cash in hand.
We put our house on the market last week and sold it yesterday to the first viewer:D.
So subject to all going well we will be in Turkey for the New year
and ready to start shopping for property, we have already got property of course but shared with our close friends Julie and Graham and that will be our residence for the meantime.
We are already booked for the Christmas hols over there so may decide not to come back:D
