I am visiting Istanbul on a business trip for 3 nights in January. I have allowed a free day for sight-seeing - well really more of a taster for what is to be seen when Hilary and I find time to visit the city properly. Does anyone have suggestions for what can comfortably be fitted into only one day without madly chasing around like a cultural twitcher?
