We are thinking of buying a plot of land and gradually build a villa on for us to retire to in years to come.
As any one bought land who could give us any advice on the procedure
in buying land,like having the land checked out to make sure it as
building permision,how and when do we make payments,do we use a solisitor ect.
Any advice would be gratefully recieved.
