hello all,
i might buy 2 apartments from sunset beach club so i would like to learn everything about them..avarage sellig proce, maintanence, the problems in the comples(damp, constructon) as i havent bought from there i can not go through the official section so people hwo bought or have knowledge please advice me...the sale could be so soon

what size of an apartment are you planning to buy  ? I have a 2 bed ground floor apartment but bought off plan some 2 years ago and know prices have just gone up & up since.
