Rocket and Advocado are in season now so this is a cheap and tasty salad made up by me.
Ingredients
1 bunch of rocket
1 advocado
olive oil
garlic
salt to taste
a squeeze of lemon juice if you want
Method
1. wash and chop rocket
2. peel and chop avocado into smallish pieces
3. put in serving bowl and add liberal amount of olive oil - village olive oil is best
4. add lots of garlic and salt to taste
Tip - pre prepare garlic by crushing lots of garlic, put in a jar with some water and add salt. Pop in fridge until needed.
