I know there are regular coaches running between Istanbul and Tblisi but you'll get a lot of useful and upto date info if you have a look at the Lonely Planet and Trip Advisor websites.

Hes done the trip via coach from Fethiye to Tiblisi many times. Hes coming back this week so i could put you in touch with him if you want Lance?
