I have just received a phone call from someone saying they were from Windows and claiming my computer was infected.

Can this be genuine.

I have had 2 of these calls. they are a con.

did they say they were from Anglian windows or everest. could do with some new double glazing myself/  ;)  :)

Just say what I do - ' my double glazing is fine thanks'.That throws them.

If they say it's your Pc tell them you have a mac. That really confuses them  :)
