Title: Empt villas

Can anyone tell me if anything is going to happen to the empty villas as they are now becoming a eyesore with the fly tipping and the Graffiti, the roofs are now collapsing and becoming dangerous

I'm sure I read that they are to be demolished as the ground has been sold.
Can anyone confirm this?  Or was I dreaming
