Does anyone know the date of the Kaya Festival this year? It was a really lovely day out last year.

My friend and I are in Fethiye 7th to 16th May.

If I can get transport etc. I would love to go.

Actually, I may well hire a car for a few days.

There are regular buses from Fethiye, as I'm sure you know but others may not.

Parking could be a bit of an issues though as it looks from a photo from last year stalls were also on the already narrow roads.

I thought there mat be a dolmus (or many) to get there but I've nearly always travelled everywhere by taxi or hire car.

Perhaps a car is best left behind for this day.

Not sure how much a cab would be.

Will check when I arrive.....

They usually run one and hour from Fethiye, but I wouldn't be surprised if they run more on the day. A good day for extra business    :)

Worth checking times before the day though...

In time I'm sure it's going to be a successful as the Üzümlü Mushroom Festival
