I spoke to Oben before I left and he showed me his best restaurant award,he was over the moon. If H has any pics could he put them on here please.

Do the second place and the two joinnt third places also get a certificate as well this year 8t or is it just the two joint first  also i as far as i can see whist walkabouts this week only one place from last years award still very proudly has a copy in the menue and a framed copy iin clear view as you walk in  thats the gunisik ....the mmeeting point said when i asked have you still got itdisplayed. Just said no

Called in again tonight on way back from beach. Food was delicious and nice to see John and Brenda in there also.

We hadn't been in Oben for years but decided to take the dolmus along there one night last week.
Neither of us were disappointed it was every bit as good as we remembered.  I had Sea Bass and Billy opted for liver, both cooked to perfection with the added bonus of fantastic service and reasonable prices we were left wondering why we'd left it so long between visits
