There are of course many fine Turkish folk in Calis.

Very helpful, witty, interesting, kind etc., but it takes something special to be considered a "gentleman".

So who are they?

I will start the list, hopefully other members will have their own to add:

Mehmet (Harem)
George (George's Steak House)
Murat (Scarlett Bar)

There are more, I'll leave those for others  :)

Keith

I'm ashamed to admit that I do not know the fellow's name but the gentleman who runs the small shop near the end of the promenade (Oben end)

In all the time we have been going back to Calis I have never seen him with anything other than a happy smiling face.

Also the wonderful Nevra (obviously most definitely not a gentleman but a worthy candidate)

I suppose I could grudgingly give a vote for Murat (Scarlett) but only if he promises to honour "Beat the Boss" at pool slogan :)

Support Mehmet and Murat, both gentlemen. Oh and also Mete!
Also Bayram at Hamsi bar.
Its not that I dont think the others are gents- just dont know them!

Murat comment was tongue in cheek - incidently, I have posted regarding Murat elsewhere - anyone care to hazard a guess where (other than Photo Album of course)

I was only taking them to make my hair grow  :)

Ah yes Nevra, an honourary "gentleman" for sure.
