Hi Janet

Where it asks for a password, just choose "enter without password" - if you typed "Janet" as your user name it will just add some numbers - making you "Janet7704" or something, and you will be straight in

It asks for a password for those who chose the "Register your user name" option - you don't need to do that, but one Janet would have a while back.
