some way of for me as at the moment, however phone the Dept of pension to find out where I stood, it would seem that you have to pay NI for thirty years to qualify for basic pension £37.80 having already paid more years than this already i asked the question what happens to my over payments and what effect to my pension will they have , I was told that can't be answered until next year due to work load. I wish I could answer my customer like that.:(
