For anyone who is interested on bidding on the solid silver teaspoons you can see a photograph and description of them if you visit the website
www.grannieusedto.co.uk and click on the misc. including metalware button. They are featured at the top of the page and clearly show that they are being auctioned for Calis Carnival charities
It's well worth a look as there is some lovely stuff  :)

I have just seen the ring and it is gorgeous! - a gold band with three tiny diamonds and a larger central ruby - very tasteful - and it fits!!!!  ;) Seriously the donor C Diamond Jewellery in Fethiye have said that they will adjust it if necessary. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity

Pete (Captain Squiffy) has just volunteered to do 3 hours ironing as one of the auction promises in order to raise further money for the Calis Carnival charities - helping deprived and disadvantaged children in the Calis area. Now that is some "Promise" well done! :D
