They have laid tarmac and stones on top. The side street access is just tar everywhere

They actually sprayed liquid bitumen and then chucked chippings on top and what a bloody mess it was part way through. They left several sections of wet bitumen with no chippings for up to 48 hrs. Had to walk home sliding your feet to clean your shoes to make sure you did not tread it in. Looking better now as all areas are covered and traffic beds it in. Once pavements are repaired it should be just fine.
