Areobics classes will be taking place at the Aura Bar, Calis, every Monday starting from the 29th October!

If you are feeling abit frumpy or u just want to get yourself back into shape then feel free to come down on the day. 5ytl per person 10.30am - 11.30am.

Every1 is welcome including men

Note: A towel is required
