When typing your message, look above the text area (where you are typing) and there are a row of icons - B, I, U, S etc etc - 4 from the end is the image tag button - click that, and the image tags are inserted.
Then between the two tags that were inserted, add the image location (always starting http and ending with .jpg or .gif, depending on what type of photo it is).
