I've heard they are taking around 5 / 6 months now although ours took 14 months. There has to be something wrong after 4 years !!!

For ready properties , it is still 2 - 3 months , it may take longer for off plans , but of course not for 3 - 4 years.

Bought ours off plan 2005, moved in Sept 06 and recieved Tapu Sept 07.

We bought Feb 2006 picked up Tapu in June 2006, however I do believe it could take between 12/18 months previous to this but 4 years definitely seems to be a record!
