Is there a facilty available in calis whereby our property could be checked on a regular basis and an e-mail back that everyhing is okay.
Please guide me where i wiil locate the answer to this new topic

Generally this is what a property management company has in its list of duties. I'm sure members will be glad to suggest some names

Try Orange - Have a look under members Orange and contact them through their profile. They offer a few different services. I started using them this summer and feel so much happier knowing that the place is just checked on. Great service:D

We use Search, having bought our appartment from them. We have no complaints; they are very professional and provide the full range of services that you would expect.

We use All Aspects, they are brilliant, we have emails back after every visit they do. It has definatly taken the burden off us about worrying when we are not there. They have 3 levels of service to offer Bronze, Silver and Gold, Everyone of them good value.
