Lee has replied to my request for information, and it seems like the bad news we had suspected.

Lee was keen to fulfill the Christmas Day arrangements but informs that it is unlikely that the owners will be opening until the start of next season.

He sends his apologies but it isn't his decision.

Did anyone pay, or pay a deposit?

No we didn't pay anything, but will now have to find somewhere else, any suggestions/invitations:D welcome (for Christmas Dinner that is).

We paid 120 YTL for a meal for 4 peaple with wine in the recent Calis Auction, so are none too happy. I think, under the circumstances, I will have to approach the organisers of the auction for a refund!?

Why not wait until next year and have the meal then, it is not the fault of the auction organisers that the resturant has closed for the winter.
