As mentioned recently by Colwyn.

I have set up the facility to allow members to be logged in but not show in the "Active Users" section on the front page.

You can browse as normal, just nobody needs to see you are on [

]

To select this for yourself, go to your profile and change "Show in Active Users" to NO.
