Help with Lady the dog

hi  Can contacted me within two hours of me contacting onur it ias i thought can has raised the level of the fences numerous times duran feeds the animals daily can has now decided lady must be kept on a lead

Thanks for the info  I have been elsewhere for a couple of days but will go and see both dogs and give them both a cuddle !
I'm sure that Lady is ecstatic to be tied up with Cookie again (not)
great she is not wandering the streets now though and being fed
