Hi cef,
i am a reluctant poster, but a developer held £45000 for 3years on a property that today is not yet built, it was to be my husbands and my dream,he died 2005 and i got my money back September this year.
The property was in Spain, I went to Calis, only to have a supposedly great builder, loads wrong with the apartment, I was seen to be a complainer, have not got my Tapu yet.
I am battling on, I am out at Easter and will not leave without every thing being right. So hang on in there, may 2008 bring you what you want, being Spanish , Turkish, English out to make a quick buck out of us is not to be tolerated.
Regards
Sue
