legally you are not allowed to have roof terrace/sun terrace in mugla region according to ozel cevre koruma kanunu which is a ****  of rules by  government. but who cares

Mine field, two words come to mind.
We have a villa in the front of our, the new Turkish owner took it on himself this year to add 10-12 feet onto his lounge, if we complain to the Tapu office do we have to watch our backs? yes we do, and if they are told to demolish guess where the rubble will end up? yep in our garden.

oh dear it must be that useless English education that a certain person keeps reminding me about   ;)  also the fact that I have become extremely lazy with grandma over the last 10years; but I put it down to a woman of a certain age become forgetful , I read it in Take a Break so it must be true! ;D


Now back to Terraces and illegal building extensions
